Commanders hold the key to a successful Awana Ministry.  Every Commander will benefit greatly from Commander College.  They will be encouraged, challenged, and motivated to reach young people through the Awana ministry like never before.  We will spend 2 1/2 days exploring the five roles of the Commander; Communicator, Administrator, Advocate, Leader,  and Shepherd.

Commander College 201 will inspire you to examine true excellence in ministry and how it can be achieved. CC201 builds on the five leadership roles you discovered in Basic Training and Commander College 101.  CC101 is a pre-requisite for attending CC201.
